are specialists: At
Deck-Pros, all we do is outdoor construction. We are not general
contractors who claim to "do it all". We have built
hundreds of decks, porches and retaining walls.
No subcontracting:
Deck-Pros
employees do all of our work. We never hire subcontractors
to build our projects. This means from start to finish, you
deal directly with the owner, Jeffrey Bader, who is on site
to supervise all work.
Absolute bids: Our
price quotes are bids, not estimates. This means that the
price we quote you is the price you pay. We never have any
hidden or additional charges.
Payment:
We require
NO money from you until we are on the job site ready to begin
work. Be very wary of contractors who ask for a large deposit
months before they begin work.
Building permits:
We take
care of all the building permit paperwork for you. We draw
your plans, fill out all appropriate forms, and arrange all
inspections.
CAD drawings:
We have
several computer programs to generate drawings to help you
visualize your project.
Insurance: We
carry full liability and Workman's Compensation insurance.
Some contractors carry only liability insurance, which could
leave the customer responsible for employee injuries.
