Ipe Deck with Cedar Railings and Four Season Room

This grand deck with four-season room is located in Watchung, NJ. The decking and rail are Ipe (aka Brazilian Walnut) while the posts are cedar. Many of the railing parts, including the post caps were custom made by Deck-Pros. Other custom features of this deck include recessed low-voltage lighting in the stairs and rails and a waterproof bench/storage area.

The four season room was built using post and beam construction which eliminated the need and cost of a full foundation. Andersen windows and doors were used for beauty and durability.
